I Will Unseat Majority Leader – Dodovi
FRANCIS DODOVI, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for Suame Constituency, says he is a winnable candidate.
He has consequently vowed to end the long reign of the current Suame NPP MP, Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, who is also the Majority Leader of Parliament.
Sounding very confident, Dodovi made his solid plans to snatch the Suame seat for the NPP lawmaker when he was endorsed as Suame NDC PC on Saturday morning.
Dodovi was the only eligible candidate for Suame NDC so in line with party structures, the party organised a mammoth programme for delegates to endorse him.
The acclamation programme was held on Saturday and it was attended by Augustus Nana Akwasi, the Ashanti Regional NDC Chairman and other party gurus.
Dodovi, who was endorsed as NDC PC by NDC delegates under the supervision of Electoral Commission (EC) officials, thanked the party for the honour done him.
According to him, the battle for the Suame Constituency seat has began after his confirmation “and nothing will prevent me and the NDC from winning the Suame seat”.
Dodovi accused Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu of not doing enough to develop Suame, stressing that “I am coming to develop the entire Suame Constituency and better your lives”.
