Interim Hearts of Oak coach, Seth Hoffman, is confident to change the playing body should the league start any time soon after an order from government to dissolve all activities of the Ghana FA.
The former Homestars coach assumed his new role this morning as he leads the club following the termination of Coach Henry Wellington last Friday. Coach Hoffman will have to wait for his first game following the suspension of the local league but remains optimistic to change the philosophy of the Rainbow side.
“I have been with the team since and I am no stranger to the first team and with much experience, despite coaching Auroras I bring Hearts back on its toes. So will plead with the supporters to be patient with me,” Coach Hoffman told Starr Sports.
The former Wa All Stars and Hearts of Lions coach assisted departed coach Wellington during the club’s pre-season last year and helped the team to finish second in the GHALCA G-6 tournament.
Hoffman was also on the Hearts bench when the Phobians beat Kotoko in the first leg of the Ghana@60 Cup match, in the absence of former head coach Frank Nuttall.
