Tsk Records and Multimedia, a recognized record label in Ghana has indicated it’s ending contractual and working relationship with Ghanaian born musician Daniel Bendah well-known in the showbiz industry as Jiggy Waz.
This according to the label owner, Mr Tebi Stephen has been needed to be communicated to the general public and music fans across the globe.
”The two parties are not working again. We ended it all last year December after he(Jiggy) finished serving six months probation. The label was finding issues with working with him. We needed a solution to the matter and the probation was needed. After the long standing probation, no agreement of working continuation was met so we all went our separate ways.
”But on a more serious note, this issue has to be communicated to the media because I keep on getting messages from people getting more worried of his character in addition to social media postings. They keep sending me screenshots of his certain characters at the other end so had to set the point straight to all.
”It’s being long I heard from him myself. Any character, posting he shows has nothing to do with me, or the record label which I handle as the Chief Executive Officer. He is leaving his life now, same as me. I don’t manage his work, music or whatever again” he said in an interview with the media.
According to him, he is and will always be happy in sequence to the man he managed to enhance the artiste into the 3 and half years they engaged in working relationship.
”With my personal resources, I managed to secure him slots in the media space. His name appeared on all major platforms as far as music is concern. His work and duty before meeting him was not able to be shown online but just a name of him on google and all his informations appear” he added.
On whether he would attempt on signing another artiste after Jiggy Waz, he had this to say ”for now, have not decided yet but the disrespect of artistes when they hit the public eye is annoying. From beginning, they sound so sober and respectful and after a while, they act bossy more than the one spending on them. Maybe with time, I would bounce again with more investment into the sector.”
