In our part of the world, female rappers are hard to be seen that much in the system but one great talent in the history of Ghana’s entertainment industry is Eno Barony.
Sensational female rapper, Eno Barony is his latest talk has claim of being the best rapper in the country.
Tho to her, it was so obvious of winning the 2018 best rapper at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards but ended up as a failure. Despite all odds, she still stand tall as the best Rapper in the country.
Eno Barony dropped a massive hip pop jam tagged “Fear No Man” off her Yaa Asantewaa album last year, which earned her a nomination in the category, however, she lost the award to King of rap, Sarkodie.
The rapper in an interview on Zylofon 102.1 FM seems to have emphasized on a line in her Fear No Man song, “The difference between me and the highest be sey I wear skirt”, referring to Sarkodie.
Nevertheless, Barony says she is not discouraged since she knows she best deserved the award.
“I did not get the award but I know I own the best writer title cos my song was the best amongst all which was nominated’, she told Sammy Flex, host of Showbiz Agenda.
Eno’s recognition in the music industry has been of a great input, as well to boost moral of other females in the Industry.
The “No Yawa” rapper has thrilled many hip pop fans with songs like “D33d3w” featuring Sista afia, “Obiaa Ba Nye” with Ebony, “The Best” and many more.
