IRAWMA20: Stonebwoy, Fancy Gadam, Dj Switch Wins Big

Ghanaian dancehall sensation, Stonebwoy has proven why he is one of the best Ghanaian musicians in the last 10 years. 

The Ashaiman-born singer has been winning the hearts of music lovers both in Ghana and abroad. Now, Stonebwoy has won his first award in 2020 and it is an international award.

The one-time BET award-winner took to his official Twitter handle to confirm it. The Original Girl hitmaker has defied all odds to win the Best African/Dancehall Entertainer at this year’s International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA). The said awards came off in the Caribbean country, Jamaica.

However, two Ghanaians were awarded alongside Stonebwoy – they are Fancy Gadam and DJ Switch. Fancy Gadam won the Best Afrobeat Entertainer of the year while DJ Switch claimed the Best Young Entertainment.
