Popular Ghanaian comic actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, widely known as Lil Win, has advised people to keep their love life out from the public domain.
Lil Win stated that it is childishness for people to make their love life public.
“Every relationship has its ups and downs and talking about it on social media or any other platform will not result in the problems being resolved.
“To me, no sane married couple will go their separate ways if everything is going on well with them. So giving details about what led to the divorce is unnecessary and unwise. The public won’t solve your marriage issues for you but rather mock you,” Lil Win said in an interview with Graphic Showbiz.
“Look, if President Nana Addo is to give everyone the free will to divorce today, I am sure the whole country wouldn’t be able to contain the divorce rate because almost everyone has a problem with their relationship. Even the happiest couples on earth have it rough sometimes”, he added.
Lil Win said he used the ‘No comment’ approach—when his ex-fiancée, Patricia Afriyie accused him of cheating.
“I didn’t see why I had to explain myself to Ghanaians because no one knew what we were going through. I always say that women who quickly run to the media with their marital or relationship issues face the consequences later.
“I will never marry or go out with any woman who puts her issues out there for everyone to say any ‘silly’ thing about,” Lil Win stated.
Lil Win asserted that the Ghanaian movie industry is still active—and not dead.
“There is no way the movie industry is on the verge of collapse because some of us are still working. This thing about the industry dying was said some five years ago but we are still shooting films. I admit the movie industry is struggling but it collapsing or dying is out of the question,” he added.
Lil Win has been featured in many movies following his emergence into the Ghanaian movie industry a decade ago.
“I have shot movies such as Once Upon A Time In Accra, Esaa Na Asa, Black Warrior, Asori Payin, Abusua Meferi Mu, Lil Osama, The Bachelors, So Ninkunu, Lil Win Guy Guy, Mogya Fra among others and all these happened because I am humble,” he said.
Commenting on his music career, Lil Win hinted his readiness to release his third gospel track titled, ‘Ayeyi’. The hot praise hit from the camp of Wezzy Empire Record label and produced by 925 Musik will “take over the airwaves”, Lil Win revealed to SeancityGh.
Again he started to his fans to wait for the long awaited featuring with Stonebwoy.
