The 2016 general election which President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo emerged winner saw many Ghanaian celebrities campaigning massively for the New Patriotic Party.
Actress Bibi Bright who worked in an organized and active way towards the goals of NPP to canvas votes for the party has disclosed that, she has no regrets calling for votes for the party.
According to her, the Akufo-Addo led administration is delivering on its promises to Ghanaians.
“From free SHS to trainee nurses’ allowances, road constructions among other projects, I believe the NPP has done so well in these last two years and they need to be applauded. I have no regrets taking that bold step to campaign for them,” she said in an interview with Showbiz.
The Executive Secretary of the Creative Arts Council further added that come 2020 General election, she will proudly campaign and vote for NPP again because of the good works they’ve done.
“Ghanaians needed a change and I am proud I contributed my quota by campaigning heavily for the success of the NPP. In the next four years, if Ghanaians are seeing what I am seeing, the country will be better,” she added.
Bibi Bright is known for movies such as Promise Beyond, Lost In His Glory, Please Marry, Why Me, Azonto Babes, Arinzo among others.
