John Boadu Wins General Secretary Position

The governing party New Patriotic Party Delegates has elected John Boadu as their General Secretary.

He knew and was clear he had won and was waiting for the margin. Well, the results came and he was not from right.

The 6,000 Delegates were confronted with the challenge of maintaining the men and women who won the 2016 elections or give the chance to Win new breed of leadership.

John Boadu Secured votes of 4,277 ahead of his opponent Richard Ahiagba getting 1274 votes.

John Boadu was elected as the National Organizer of the NPP in 2014 at the party’s national delegates conference. He was later made to act as General Secretary after the suspension of Kwabena Agyapong by council of elders of the party ahead of the 2016 General election.
