JUST IN: Adwoa Safo sacked from Gender Ministry

Member of Parliament for Dome-Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo has been booted out of office as Minister for Gender, Children and Social protection.

This was made known in a press statement issued by Eugene Arhin, the Director of Communications at the Presidency on Thursday night.

According to the statement, minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, who has been a caretaker minister will continue handling the Gender ministry until a time that the President appoints a substantive minister.
