Just IN: Shatta Wale withdraws from Vodafone Ghana Music Awards

After many years of fighting the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards board, and returning few days ago to make peace, Shatta Wale has pulled out from the awards race again.

According to Shatta Wale, his withdrawal comes at the back of sober reflections and several consultation with people around him.

”Upon sober reflections of events in recent times and having made broader consultations, I wish to announce that I will not be part of the Ghana Music Awards scheme going forward. God bless!” he posted on his facebook post.

The news from Shatta Wale comes ahead of the big announcement from Charterhouse concerning the fracas that occurred between himself and rival musician Stonebwoy.
