Businessman Dr Kofi Amoah and the Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Mr Oti Akenteng, have been tasked to manage football in the country.
Following the Expose by Investigative Journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas where Former President Of the Ghana football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi was seen on camera negotiating and dealing in Acts against rules of FIFA, also about 100 referees were dealing in match fixing,all football related matters will ban in the country.
The two-member body has been approved by the world football governing body, FIFA and the Ghanaian government to constitute an interim Liason Team in collaboration with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to run the affairs of football in Ghana.
In a statement signed by Ghana’s Minister of Sports Isaac Kwame Asiamah on Wednesday said the decision was taken after a government delegation met with FIFA officials last week in Zurich, Switzerland.
