Kotoko, Ashanti Gold Clash In Kumasi

Title contenders, Asante Kotoko and Ashantigold, will renew their fierce regional rivalry at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi in a Week 10 top liner of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

Sunday’s showdown comes on the back of important victories chalked up by the two sides.Fourth-placed Kotoko defeated Dreams FC 1-0 at Dawu, while second-placed Ashantigold beat Liberty 1-0 at Obuasi.

Hearts of Oak, after two successive draws against Ashantigold and Aduana Stars, will play host to Bechem United at the Accra Sports Stadium, while the Cape Coast Stadium will be the venue for the Ebusua Dwarfs versus Karela United encounter.

At the Carl Reindorf Park at Dansoman, Liberty Professionals have a date with Aduana Stars after an impressive 3-1 win over Berekum Chelsea, Elimina Sharks will be travelling to Tarkwa to play Medeama at the Akoon Park.
