Kotoko Coach Talks Tough

Kumasi Asante Kotoko players have been tasked to produce at least 120 percent of performance during every game next season.

Kotoko Head Coach Steve Pollack who made the call stated emphatically that he would not accept anything except 120 percent performance from his charges.

According to him, Kotoko is targeting to impress in the Africa Confederation Cup, the league and the FA Cup so the players ought to work harder.

“For each game that Kotoko will play next season, I am expecting the players to produce 120 percent performance for the team.

“We are not setting any specific targets for the new season, but I am expecting the players to produce positive results in all our games”.

Steve Pollack admitted that coaching a big club like Kotoko, naturally comes with a lot of immense pressure on the head coach.

He, however, stated that he loves and enjoy the pressure that comes with coaching the Kumasi-based club.

“I love pressure as a coach because the pressure urges you as a coach to do your best and produce the required results”.

Coach Pollack also stated that he is a strong character therefore he doesn’t panic or succumb to pressure as a coach.
