Krachi Municipal Assembly mourns the unexpected passing of its Municipal Chief Executive, Bernard Aborkugya, during a speech at Dambai College of Education on April 5, 2024.

The unfortunate incident happened while he was speaking at a matriculation program at the Dambai College of education on Friday, April 5, 2024.

Eyewitnesses reported that Mr. Aborkugya collapsed while addressing the audience at the ceremony. Despite swift transportation to Worawora Government Hospital, he tragically passed away en route.

His sudden demise has sent shockwaves not only throughout the municipality but also across the nation.

The incident, occurring less than two years after his predecessor’s mysterious death, has stirred questions and concerns among residents.
