Kumasi Mayor Loses Dad

THE DEATH is reported of Opanin Samuel Boasiako Antwi, biological father of the Kumasi Mayor, Hon. Osei Assibey Antwi at a ripe age of 94.

The late Boasiako Antwi reportedly fell ill on Thursday morning in his house at Abuakwa-Sepease-Mim.

He was rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The bereaved family is yet to announce the details of his one-week celebration and funeral.
