After nearly four years, Lady Ophelia is here with new songs and has officially launched her new album.
The Ghana Music Award UK new artist nominee and worship leader Lady Ophelia over the weekend launched her second album in a grand style in Accra with support from fellow gospel musicians Rose Adjei and Kobby Mantey and a host of others.
“M’aseda Nnwom” was recorded at Sha Studios in Accra, and all seven tracks features no artists.
Speaking about the album after taking patrons to their dancing feet with performances of songs from the album, Lady Ophelia says; “It is always important to be grateful to God and this album speaks about my gratitude to God. I trust music lovers out there also have reasons to be grateful to God and this is why they will love every song on this album”
She went further to say “M’aseda Nnwom” is meant to be a catalyst to stir the desire of praise and thanksgiving in the hearts of God’s people.
“We know that the world is in difficult moments but in all the Lord has kept his covenant with his children and I pray that this experience awakens something in our hearts to be grateful” she said.
The launch took please at the Church of Pentecost PIWC auditorium behind the West Hills Mall in Accra.
