Vice President, Dr. Mahumudu Bawumia has described late statesman as someone who played unprecedented role in Ghana’s development, this follows the demise of the former Supreme Court Judge, His Lordship Professor Vincent Cyril Richard Arthur Charles Crabbe.
Popularly known as V.C.R.A.C. Crabbe, the law guru passed away at a hospital in Accra on Friday, September 7, 2018.
He was 95.
Wishing the family well on his facebook wall, Vice President Bawumai said “he played an unprecedented role in the development of law, as well as, democratic institutions in Ghana, and was a fearless advocate”.

I have learnt with grief, the passing of His Lordship Prof. Vincent Cyril Richard Arthur Charles Crabbe, popularly known as V.C.R.A.C Crabbe.
He played an unprecedented role in the development of law, as well as, democratic institutions in Ghana, and was a fearless advocate.
He would very much be missed.
I sympathize with his family. Ghana has lost an icon.
May his gentle soul rest in peace”.
