Ghanaian comedian Lekzy DeComic is poised to deliver another round of laughter with his highly anticipated comedy special, The New False, scheduled for September 28.
In recent times, billboards in some areas in the city saw artwork of ‘a man behind a mask with ‘The New False’, which got many wondering if another political figure, just like how we witnessed ‘New Force’ whcih turned out to be Cheddar.
The Grand Casamora in East Legon in Accra, on August 22 unmasked the face behind the billboard, which happens to be the comedian.
Known for his sharp wit and hilarious takes on everyday happenings, ‘The New False’ show will be breathing new life into the stand-up comedy landscape in Ghana.
The event which is slated for September 28 promises to lighten up the political climate mood as we prepare for the December polls.
