Mad Rush for NDC Forms in Ashanti

THERE SEEMS to be a scramble for positions in the largest opposition political party in the country, the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The party officially opened nominations for the various regional executive positions on Monday, and information reaching THE PUBLISHER indicates that scores of party members in the Ashanti region are rushing to the party office to pick forms.

The members, reports indicate, had waited for a long time for the opportunity to serve the party.

Among NDC top members that picked forms on Monday was Francis Dodovi, who is gunning for the Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer position.

After successfully picking his nomination forms, Dodovi told the media that he was in the race to “win big”.

He believed that he stood tall above his competitor in terms of experience, long party service, competence, dedication and expertise.

Dodovi said when given the nod by the delegates, he would win more youthful souls for the NDC in the NPPs stronghold of Ashanti region.
