The Madina Constituency of the New Patriotic Party has elected its executive officers to steer the affairs of the party.
Mr Eric Nartey Yeboah polled 372 votes as against 168 by Mr Michael Mackenzie, the incumbent, to win the Chairmanship position while the other contestant, Mr Padmore Baffour Agyepong had 298 votes.
Other executives elected were Mr Francis Kwapong, First Vice Chairman, Mr Ebo Sam, Second Vice Chairman, Mr Dan Foster, Secretary, and Mr Sabiu Mohammed, Assistant Secretary.
The rest are Mr Yahya Dimie, Treasurer, Mr Foster Arthur, Organizer, Madam Genevive Boahene Women Organizer, Mr Michael Fordjour, Youth Organizer and Mr Bashiru, Arahaman, Nasara Co-ordinator.
Mr Yeboah, addressing the delegates later, expressed joy for the confidence reposed in him and assured that he would work tirelessly to enable the party to retain power in the 2020 elections.
Mr Mackenzie on his part, pledged his commitment to support the new chairman and work together for the growth of the party.
