Mahama ‘Girls’ At War

Recent developments on social media suggests that, singer Nana Akua Amoah, aka Mzbel, is no longer in good terms with TV and radio host, Afia Schwarzenegger, for reasons not clear to many people.

The duo are known as sympathizers of the largest opposition political party in the country, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and have had a wonderful time together during the days the party was in power, particularly under former president John Dramani Mahama.

In recent times, however, Schwarzenegger, who is now the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of an online radio “Schwar FM”, had taken her old friend, Mabel, to the cleaners on a segment dubbed “Atigya”.

Afia, a mother of three, challenged Mzbel to tell the world who her baby papa was, if she knew.

Apparently not pleased with the jab, Mzbel later responded to Afia on in her Social media page thus:

“How I smile at my chop bar @belas_pub when I’m told some radio station with No Frequency is hitting on me to Trend! Oh, boi, I’m that POWERFUL! What’s the dial again? #Goddess #IndependentWoman”

Considered as a direct response, Schwarzenegger hit back with an update:

“This is how you pose knowing very well that the chop bar owner can’t tell her people who her baby daddy is…After all these interviews. Smh,madam sit some where.. aka it is my turn to fuck you… Sia girl, dead song madam..stop skipping questions 1…who is the father of your bastard??”

The fight is still on, and social media commentators can’t keep cool about it.
