Mahama meets NDC Council of Elders

The meeting and introduction between the 2020 National Democratic Congress Flag-bearer and Council of Elders of the Party has seen a success.

Former President Mahama had the honour of being introduced to the party’s council of Elders yesterday, March 20, 2019.

The meeting saw discussion on a number of issues on the fortunes of the NDC ahead of the 2020 polls.

Mahama speaking to the Council of Elders assured them of his determination to lead and build the NDC into a stronger and united organisation.

He said “We, as always, had fruitful discussions on a number of issues, and I took the opportunity to express my appreciation for their support and the wisdom they’ve always found time to share with me.”

“I also assured the Council of my determination to lead and build the NDC into a stronger and united organisation,” he added.
