Mahama ‘Steals’ Roads in BA ꟷ Says Nana B
SERIOUS DOUBTS have been raised over some road projects that the erstwhile National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration claims it had constructed in the Brong Ahafo Region before handing over power in January 2017.
Former President John Dramani Mahama’s NDC government has continually boasted of constructing numerous roads in the Brong Ahafo Region, but a member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, affectionately called ‘Nana B’, has described the NDC claims as blatant lies.
Nana B, who is gunning for the NPP National Youth Organizer position, alleged that most of the roads were constructed before the NDC assumed political power in January 2009.
“Most of the roads projects that the NDC and Mr. Mahama claimed to have constructed in the Brong Ahafo Region are lies.
“The roads were constructed even before the NDC came to power and they only did some patching on some few portions of those roads, and they later on lied that they constructed them.
“I have toured the region to campaign on several occasions and I can tell you that they are lying”, he said in an interview with Hello FM.
