Media Personality Sammy Forson Finally Ties The Knot

Popular radio presenter and artist manager Sammy Forson is officially off the market.

The Joy FM presenter and fiancee, Pearl Yahaya had a private traditional wedding on Friday, August 31 in Bolga,thepublisheronline.com is reliably informed. The traditional wedding we are told was attended by family members and few friends of the new couple since it was strictly by invitation.

We are as well told that the former interior minister, Mark Woyongo, musician Coded and Multimedia employees Lexis Bill, Philip Nai and Edem Knight-Tay were at the ceremony to support Sammy Forson and Pearl.

The Weekend City on Joy FM for host, Sammy Forson proposed to Pearl at the Action Chapel branch of the Fidelity Bank on the Spintex Road on Saturday, April 21 this year and she responded yes.

Just recently, the radio show host pulled a big surprise to the fiance, It was another regular Saturday morning rounds after an impressive Weekend City on Joy FM for host, Sammy Forson and his girlfriend, Pearl Yahaya.

They had gone to the Action Chapel branch of the Fidelity Bank on the Spintex Road to conduct a transaction.

To Pearl, it was a normal day. But for Sammy Forson, this particular Saturday, April 21, was a nervy one, one that could change his life forever.

It was the day he popped the all-important question to his girlfriend, “Will you marry me?”

“Saturday morning after the Weekend City Show, took her with me on some rounds so we stopped by the bank to deposit and I pulled up that surprise,” Sammy Forson, who also hosts the Overdrive on Joy FM, narrated.

Asked how long it took him to plan this surprise, he swiftly responded, “I didn’t plan it. I had the ring already so kpa kpa kpa… she had to pick something from her car so when she stepped out of the bank, I just spoke to all of them and gave the ring to the bank teller to give to me.”

According to him, Pearl was in shock and happy at the same time. “She said yes!” he stressed.

His wedding comes months after his artist Sarkodie also did a big wedding with long time girlfriend Tracy.
