Meet Euni Melo, The Multiple Award Winning Dancehall Songstress

The sensational singer, born Eugenia Laryea and known in showbiz as Euni Melo hails from Danfa in the greater Accra region and currently resides in Teshie, a suburb of Accra.

Euni begun her music career at very young age when she was singing in church, her passion for music grew over the years and have transformed from just being a singer to an extraordinary singer.

Beginning her career as Teshie Rihanna, as her Mum named her for being likened to the great Rihanna, to Euniflora and now performing under PPP records as Euni Melo better defined as Eugenia Melodies.

Management express delight  that, she has a lot to prove in the music sense and it’s about time she is unleashed into the music space.

Her versatility is unquestionable because she can do music in many genres very well but her musical strength is in Reggae and Dancehall.

As a young artiste and barely 8 months in her music career, Euni Melo have been nominated in 4 different awards schemes, which includes, Grande earth social media awards where she grabbed 2 out of 5, and currently the best new act GOME music awards, Emerging music awards winner for Dancehall song of the year and foka facebook awards yet to be staged.

Her style of singing is compared to none and in just 8 months she has performed on over 20 programs including, Iwan album launch, Gome Awards, highschool festival, tech play night in kumasi among others.

Plying her trade in the dancehall genre, she has about 9 released singles and preparing to release her maiden album titled Melodies to melo.

Euni melo is currently the youngest female artiste in the reggae dancehall genre rubbing shoulders with all the big names in the game.
