Michael Aidoo mourns with Nana Opoku Agyemang Bawuah Bonsanfo III

Youth Patron of the Oforikrom Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Michael Kwesi Aidoo, together with his immediate family and team were at the palace of Nana Opoku Agyemang Bawuah Bonsanfo III, Chief of Ayeduase, to commiserate with him on the passing of his sister.

The Chief, Nana Opoku Agyemang Bawuah Bonsanfo III, has over the years distinguished himself as a highly revered traditional leader and a role model to the youth.

His passion has been to promote unity and peaceful coexistence, advocate for developmental projects and promote capacity enhancement especially for the youth.

Mr. Michael Aidoo, after his personal visit to Nana Opoku Agyemang Bawuah Bonsanfo III, later joined the New Patriotic Party (NPP) faithful in the Oforikrom Constituency to mourn the demise of the departed.

The Oforikrom Constituency Youth Patron – a celebrated entrepreneur and philanthropist – recently launched the ‘Mike Aidoo Oforikrom Unity Football Gala’ which has entered the round 16 stage and stakes are high over which of the 24 teams would lift the cup and grab the GHC10,000 cash price.

The soccer gala was launched under the theme “promoting talent and unity.”

The gala had 24 football teams from various communities in the Oforikrom Constituency participating.

The gala started on the 16th April,2022 at the Kotei Uniq park with chiefs and other notable members of the constituency present to unearth talents.

The gala has entered the round 16 stage and as part of arrangement each of the team that qualifies to these stage will be presented with a set jersey and a football

Mr. Micheal Aidoo has made available a giant trophy that the winning team will keep. Additionally, medals and a cash prize of GHC 10,000, GHC 7,000, GHC 3,000 and GHC 2,000 will be given to the ultimate winner, Second, Third and fourth teams respectively.
