Mosquito Bites Nana Addo
CHIEF SCRIBE of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has predicted that President Akufo-Addo will be a one-term president.
According to him, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) campaigned with blatant lies and false promises, which helped the party win the 2016 presidential elections.
Asiedu Nketia, aka ‘General Mosquito’, said with just one year in office, the ruling party’s popularity and support has waned significantly.
He noted that the NPP administration has failed woefully to fulfill most of its campaign promises to Ghanaians, and that the people have lost faith in the party.
Nketia maintained that he would not be surprised if the millions of disgruntled NPP member come out to vote massively for the NDC in any future election in Ghana.
“The NPP will lose massively if we are to go for a presidential election today”, he confidently said on Kumasi-based Otec FM.
He added: “Even most of known NPP supporters in the country have lost hope in their own party and so they will vote for the NDC in the next elections”.
General Mosquito was of the view that the electorate have realized that the NDC is a more honest and truthful party, and are ready to vote for them during the next polls.
