Mr. Eazi has been a great influence in my career – Kwesi Arthur
Tema based rapper, Kwesi Arthur has disclosed the artiste who financed his ‘woara’ music video. Kwesi Arthur also added that , Mr Eazi has been helping young musicians in Africa including himself but mostly keep it on the ‘low key’.
According to him, Mr. Eazi has been a very great influence to many young stars in Ghana and Africa as a whole.
“Since we recorded Pilolo, he’s been giving me advice and stuff and he actually funded one of my videos, ‘Woara‘. Yeah, he gave his money to shoot that video so bless up Mr. Eazi. We’ve been staying in touch,” He said in an interview with Ebro Darden on Beats 1 Radio in the UK.
Even though Kwesi Arthur lost out the BET’s Viewers’ Choice Award for Best New International Act to South Africa’s SJava, he is still soaring higher in his career.
Kwesi Arthur hit the limelight when he released his “Grind Day” song featuring Sarkodie and Medikal. He also won the Hip-hop song of the year award at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
