Lynx Entertainment signee Eugene Marfo popularly known as Kuami Eugene has characterized his form of music as “good music”.
In an interview on After Hours With Mikki Osei Berko on TV3, the “Confusion” hitmaker described his music as “good music”.
The above was in connection posted at him as to reason why he stopped gospel music and pushed to Highlife rather.
He further stressed that, his brand as an musician is to do “good music” and not necessarily gospel or other genre.
Kuami Eugene started his musical career at the age of 16 as a gospel musician but he is now known as a Highlife musician. Up to date, no one knows the reason why he ditched the Gospel way to make secular music.
The singer during his days as a Gospel act was called Eugene Marfo but not anymore due to his new genre, Hiplife. He was also known as the “African Prince of Worship”.
