Composer of “Imagine Say”, a song which is gradually becoming the toast of many people in Ghana, Imrana Abdul Latif, who is known in showbiz circles as Imrana, has revealed that his current song was inspired by his personal life.
According to him, life in the Brong Ahafo Region has not been an easy one with mother and family all in the struggling process to make a living.
He further said, the kind of songs he does now is his real life story, meaning all the lyrics in the song is what he is going through now, he is not faking and will never fake, “I believe you will fail if you fake your life” he added.
In an interview with Arnold Mensah Elavanyo on Vibes In 5 explaining how his father became Jobless he said, my father was a “bicycle repairer” and graduated to become a “driver” at GN Bank, he became Jobless due to the downfall of the Bank.
“I wish my father was Despite like I will not suffer like this, I’m from the street and I live a street life, I have a lot of good songs but no help, thanks to few bloggers and some personalities on the helping hand at the moment” he said.
Popular musicians like Samini and Reggie Rockstone have all endorsed him since his song broke the internet with the latest endorsement coming from Sarkodie, Emmanuel Adebayor and Kurl Songx.
