NAM1 Acquires Vast Lands At Kasoa to start 1 Million Jobs
NAM Mission, haven acquired vast lands at the Kasoa municipality to build factories which would create one million jobs for the people, is readily fast-tracking arrangements to make this dream a reality.
Even though, some people were of the view that the announcement made by the Chief Executive Office for the organization, Nana Appiah Mensah, for establishing factories and creating jobs were mere talks and an impossibility, the Communication Director of NAM, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo said the project would come off as planned.
According to him, NAM Mission already has plans of setting up factories that would specialize in shoe-making, dressmaking, building, bead-making, mechanics and electrical and many others and that nothing would stop the organization from achieving this dream of making lives meaningful to the people.
He averred that the jobs, when created, would target one million people in the Kasoa municipality which forms part of the organization’s core mandate of providing economic freedom for Ghanaian citizenry.
Mr. Asamoah – Baidoo said since the land has already been acquired for the project, it was imperative that Ghanaians have faith in them and wait for the next few months to see the realization of this dream, rather than casting doubts about the project.
It could be recalled that Nana Appiah Mensah made the touching announcement when officials of the Mission visited the Chiefs and people of Kasoa.
Stressing NAM’s commitment to the project, the Communication Director said it is better to have economic freedom as citizens of the country than political freedom, and averred that the charity organization was moved by that vision hence the idea to create jobs to augment government efforts in the country.
He said apart from jobs creation, NAM Mission is also keen on self-sustenance; therefore, mechanisms have also been put in place to provide loans for persons who would complete training in the respective fields of the factories as startup for their respective business models.
Mr. Asamoah – Baidoo also said persons who would need loans to start their businesses would have no cause to worry as mechanisms have been put in place to help them with funds.
He announced that the NAM Mission would soon hit all the 10 regions in the country to help solve the unemployment situation.
