Nana B Cries Like Baby …Over NPP Chairman’s Death
“THEIR DEATHS have brought deep grief to our party”, these were the exact words of Henry Nana Boakye, aka ‘Nana B’, New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Youth Organizer, as he wept uncontrollably over the sudden death of two NPP gurus on Saturday.
The Ahafo Regional Chairman of the NPP, Francis Opoku Bobie aka ‘Chairman Jerry’ and Salifu Musah, another party stalwart, died in a road crash.
Nana B, in a chat with THE NEW PUBLISHER, described the deaths as “ a huge loss to our party and nation as a whole”.
On behalf of the NPP National Youth Wing, he conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and the party in general.
He also prayed passionately to God to help heal the critically injured people, who were involved in the fatal road accident.
Nana B said Chairman Jerry had planned to work to help the NPP to win every parliamentary seat in the Ahafo region.
“It is sad to lose such a dedicated party chairman, may God keep his gentle soul”, Nana B remarked, amidst sobs.
