Nana will retire Mahama – Bantama Asenso-Boakye
“FORMER PRESIDENT John Mahama will suffer an embarrassing electoral defeat on December 7 and he will never recover from it again in his entire political life” were the exact words of a confident-looking Francis Asenso-Boakye, who is the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for Bantama.
According to him, Mr. Mahama failed to deliver in political office and so the electorates have decided to teach him and the NDC a bitter and unforgettable lessons in his political life.
“President Nana Akufo-Addo, who is my boss, will retire John Mahama from active politics by handing to him an embarrassing defeat come December 7”, Asenso-Boakye declared.
He was speaking when the Bantama Constituency NPP embarked on a mammoth walk dubbed the ‘Bantama Big Walk’, which was massively attended by party members from all corners.
Asenso-Boakye, who seemed elated over the huge number of people that attended the historic walk, said “the big crowd here today is strong signal that the NPP will retire Mahama”.
According to him, defeat is clearly written boldly in the face of John Mahama and nothing could save the largest opposition political party from suffering another defeat.
The Bantama Constituency NPP PC said he is targeting to increase the NPP share of votes in the Bantama Constituency from 86 percent in 2016 to 95 percent on December 7.
Asenso-Boakye noted that President Nana Akufo-Addo has performed excellently in just four years, therefore it would be easier for the NPP to win avalanche of votes.
“President Nana Akufo-Addo is a truthful and consistent leader and sadly John Mahama doesn’t have these qualities so he (Mahama) would lose the polls miserably”, he remarked.
