VEHICULAR TRAFFIC flow in the Manhyia South Constituency will certainly be adversely affected on Sunday, November 29, 2020.
The Member of Parliament (MP) for the constituency, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh aka ‘Napo’, is set to lead a historic walk on the streets of the area to win more votes.
Dubbed the ‘Number One Walk’, the NPP programme is expected to draw a sizeable number of NPP members from all over Kumasi and even beyond.
The NPP flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo and all NPP Parliamentary Candidates (PC) are placed at number one on the ballot paper for the December polls.
Napo and the NPP executives in Manhyia South constituency have named the walk ‘Number One’ strategically to educate the electorates in the area.
Reports gathered by the paper indicated that Napo is using the walk to sensitise the electorates to vote for the number one on the ballot paper in the coming polls.
THE NEW PUBLISHER has also learnt that the walk would attract a number of seasoned politicians in the NPP from all over Ghana to Manhyia South.
Manhyia South Constituency NPP is noted for always securing a colossal number of votes for the party during presidential and parliamentary polls.
Napo, who is also the Education Minister, wants the positive trend to continue during the December 7 elections, hence organising the number one walk.
Already, he has formed campaign groups that have been crisscrossing the constituency with their house-to-house campaign to win more votes for the party.
