National Cathedral will be Used for Ghana meets Naija if Done – DKB

One of Ghana’s sensational comedy, Derrick Kobina Bonney popularly known as DKB joins the masses to protest against the building of the proposed national Cathedral.

The award winning comedian threatened that the national Cathedral will not be used for its purpose if the ruling government pays deaf ears to the pleads of the Ghanaian’s falling creative art industry and move on to build it .

He raises his major concern of the creative art industry’s lack of the needful resources to facilitate its improvement whiles the leaders ignored it and misuse the country’s funds for projects that will not add any value to our economy .

Therefore the national Cathedral will be used to serve the need of the creative art and entertainment industry to host the notable cash generating annual event, Ghana meets Naija instead of their intend none beneficial purpose .

“I mean Perez Dome is large enough . Herrrh the way creative arts dey lack major 5 to 10,000 seater auditorium, if president dare fall deaf ears build this cathedral we go do Ghana meets Naija for there walahii ” he posted on his twitter handle

According to him, building of the national cathedral won’t add any value to the country’s development for there are more other better issues to tackle to better lives of individuals.

Well the industries generating some revenue for the country also pleads for resources to enhance their development .

The building of the Cathedral haas come under public scrutiny with many of the view,  there is no need in such building.
