NDC Consult Spiritualists to Lure Mahama for Prez

THE LARGEST opposition political party in the country, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is bent on doing everything humanly possible to persuade ex-President Mahama to lead the party for the 2020 elections.

A top member of the party in the Ashanti region, Donkor Fuseini, who disclosed this in a radio discussion, said even if they (NDC) have to consult spiritualists to persuade Mahama to lead the party, they would do it.

According to him, Mr. Mahama is the party’s surest bet towards wresting political power from the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the next presidential elections, slated for 2020.

“Let me tell you, even if we have to consult spiritualists, who are very powerful, to convince Mr. Mahama to lead the NDC for the 2020 elections, I will not hesitate in doing so”, he said on Hello FM.

He said of all the people that have expressed their desire to lead the party for the next election, Mr. Mahama stands tall and insisted that members of the ruling NPP are scared of the former president “because they know that if he leads the NDC for the 2020 elections the NPP would be ousted from political power”.

He alleged that the NPP leadership has adopted a diabolic strategy to peddle blatant lies against Mahama just to defame him but stressed that their ‘wicked’ plan has failed.
