THE NATIONAL Democratic Congress (NDC) says it is determined to go every length to intensify its attack on the Nana Akufo-Addo-led New Patriotic Party (NPP) government and hold it (NPP) accountable to its promises.
The party says it is ready to feed its communicators with Biegya Bitters, a locally brewed alcoholic beverage, if that fill charge them enough to fire on all cylinders to make the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) government unpopular in the eyes of the people.
“We will be drinking Biegya Bitters in order to get charged and sustain our attacks on the Nana Akufo-Addo-led NPP administration”, founding member, Yamoah Ponkoh, has said.
“What you have witnessed so far is even small. We are coming to open more fire at this NPP government”, the ex-Ejisu/Juaben MCE said on Hello FM.
Yamoah Ponkoh noted that the NDC has no malice against the NPP administration, arguing that their attacks are meant to improve the lot of Ghanaians.
“We want the NPP administration to be on their toes so that they will fulfill all their numerous campaign promises, which they made before the 2016 polls.
“We are not predicting doom for the country, but as a responsible opposition party, we want government to fulfill its promises to the people”, he noted.
The outspoken politician promised that nothing would compel the NDC to soften its hard criticism stance against the NPP administration.
He recalled how the NPP made a lot of campaign promises when they were in opposition and wondered how in government, the same party is fumbling whilst the living condition of Ghanaians gets worse every passing day.
