Negative News Affect Me – Bisa Kdei

Popular Ghanaian highlife artiste, Bisa Kdei has revealed that most at times, negative stories generated within the public space about him really affects him badly.

According to the ‘Mansa’ hitmaker, these negative stories really have bad influence on him anytime they are put across the public domain.

Speaking to Andy Dosty on his ‘Day Break Hitz’ program on Hitz FM, the musician stated that “Negative stories affect me all the time.”

His comment came after he was accused by blogger David Mawuli, in March, he deliberately had his “fake” arrest story in the United States published to push attention of Ghanaians on him and his works.

He stated that, although there was a miscommunication between him and his management on the account of what ensued at the scene, there was no deliberate action to create a buzz for him. According to him, his management had misinterpreted the video he had posted on Snapchat after he was asked by the police to leave the neighbourhood he was shooting his music video in.

Bisa KDei also dismissed allegations that he is dating the girlfriend of popular singer Patapaa.

He said some pictures circuiting on social media of him and the white lady were old photos taken during gigs they both attended.

“I never dated Patapaa’s girlfriend. There is no truth in that claim. All the pictures the girl took with me were taken during some shows and other events we both attended. A lot of women take pictures with me when I attend shows.” he added.
