Okyeame Kwame has announced that he has been looking for the whereabouts of highlife artiste Gyedu Blay Ambulley to hand over a writ of summons to him.
This comes after Gyedu Blay Ambolley said in an interview that Okyeame Kwame had misappropriated MUSIGA funds.
He noted that the court has been trying to serve him a writ since March but they have not been able to locate him.
He added that he has an ultimatum of eight days to show up for the hearing.
On February 26, 2020, Okyeame Kwame gave Gyedu-Blay Ambolley 72-hour ultimatum to either retract a ‘defamatory comment’ he made about him and apologise on the same medium he made the comment or face the law.
This comes on the back of a comment he made while speaking on 3FM.
He alleged that he had evidence that proved former president of Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) Bice Osei Kuffuor (Obour) gave Okyeame Kwame and other musician friends of his GHS 50,000 each from the GHS 2 million given to the union by the government in 2012.
