Opambuor Mourns with KMA Boss
REV. EBENEZER Opambuor Adarkwa Yiadom aka the ‘Prophet One’yesterday (Thursday), mourned with the KMA Boss, Hon. Osei Assibey Antwi.
The ocassion was the one-week celebration of Opanin Samuel Antwi Boasiako, 94, the late father of the KMA Chief Executive.
Top dignitaries such as the Vice President, Alhaji Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and other top government officials were present.
Interestingly, majority of the mourners shouted in a loud tone when Opambuor’s name was announced at the funeral grounds.
Most of the mourners quickly left their seats and rushed to where the famous man of God was coming from to catch a glimpse of him.
Opambuor, who is the leader of the Ebenezer Miracle Worship Center at Ahenema Kokoben in Kumasi, was soon mobbed by mourners.
The powerful man of God then marched through the funeral grounds at Ahenkro-Kwamang to commiserate with the bereaved family.
Opambuor was also seen consoling Hon. Osei Assibey Antwi, who was dressed in mourning cloth and surrounded by family members.
The great man of God said the KMA Boss is a nice and God-fearing person and so he decided to come and mourn with him following the loss of his father.
At the tail-end of the solemn ceremony, scores of mourners were seen rushing to Opambuor to at least touch him.
Opambuor was accompanied to the funeral grounds by Eugene Morratt, a celebrated movie producer and radio presenter in Kumasi.
