The founder of Glorious Word Power Ministry, Rev Issac Owusu Bempah has responded to Sam Korankye Ankrah’s claims that bleached face Prophets are fake.
According to him, it’s wrong for the Overseer of the Royal House Chapel International to judge Prophets by the color of their skin.
The visibly miffed man of God rather lashed the popular clergyman of using bleaching pills.
Responding to the claims on an Accra based Fm station, he said “Sam Korankye Ankrah should also be tagged as a fake prophet because he takes bleaching pills and has also injected himself with a bleaching drug. I have known him for long and I can say he wasn’t fair when I first met him.”
He challenged the Royal House Chapel leader to release images of himself in his infant days to refute his accusation.
Sam Korankye appears to have opened a can of worms following reports that fake Pastors usually have bleached faces and mostly flaunt their wealth on social media.
According to him, bleached skin was a major characteristic of false prophets who prophesy nothing but doom and gloom― especially the death of prominent people such as presidents, vice-presidents, politicians, among others.
It is me!
However, Owusu Bempah believes the popular clergyman’s statement was directed at him.
According to him, moments after Sam Korankye’s statement, an undisclosed print media house used his image in relation to the story.
“I am not sure Sam Korankye mentioned my name in his statement but the description he gave in the statement shows he was referring to me indirectly.
I have had light colored skin since infancy. I was even named “Libya” due to that. Those who have known me for long when I first lived at Asafo can attest to that,” he argued.
He also threatened to take action against the said media house.
