#REXONACOLOURTHON Maiden Edition Held

The maiden edition of #RexonaColourthon took off last Saturday at the University of Ghana, Africa Union Hall – Pentagon.

The Walk saw thousands of Students walk from the Pentagon hostel through the Evandy Hostel and back.

“As the world in speeding up, we are slowing down. Most people find themselves sitting most of the day. As a brand, we want people to break out of sedentary lifestyles and get moving. We believe the more you move, the more you live.” said Vanessa Kavi adding that,

“The walk is to get Ghanaians to live happier and healthier lives, whilst using Rexona to stay confident throughout their daily activities.”

According to her, Rexona propagates movement and assures everyone of staying fresh no matter how much they move including the the usage of colour on the celebration of assortment with the human body.

On Saturday, March 2nd, participants of the first edition #RexonaColourthon, apart from walking the participants also engaged in vigorous aerobics, health talk, Giant Bull riding among others.

Multiple award-winning duo, r2bees, budding rapper CJ Biggerman, iPhone DJ, DJ Neizer took the audience spellbound treating the participants to back to back music performance.

The Rexona Colourthon train is expected to make stops at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – KNUST and the University of Cape Coast in coming months.
