Sadique Adams Wants Ashgold Return

SACKED KUMASI Asante Kotoko striker, Sadique Adams, may pitch camp with Ashantigold FC during the second round of the league.

A comment on the intelligent player’s facebook wall, had given hints that he may be heading to the mining city to ply his trade.

On his facebook wall, he published that Ashantigold FC have not officially made any approach for his signature as is being rumoured.

He, however, stated that it would not be a bad idea if he decides to join Ashantigold FC, where he started his career some years back.

Soccer pundits in Kumasi have concluded that Sadique Adam’s comment clearly indicates that the top striker may be heading to Obuasi, soon.

Sadique Adams was among the seven players that the management and technical team of Kotoko terminated their contracts last week.

Kotoko sacked the seven players either because of poor performance or indiscipline acts, which was bringing the team down.

Sadique Adams’ high point in Kotoko was when he bagged a hat-trick in the FA Cup finals last year to help Kotoko beat rivals Hearts 3-1.
