Ghana’s WBA Super middleweight contender Sena “The African Assassin” Agbeko has stated he has made a change to his team ahead of his big fight against David Morrell.
Agbeko is scheduled to take on the 25 year old Cuban southpaw on the undercard of the Ryan Garcia-Gervonta Davis headline fight at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, April 22.
Morrell goes into the fight as the WBA Super middleweight champion with an unblemished record winning all eight fights in his professional career.
Agbeko has 27 wins and two losses and is relishing the opportunity to win his first ever world title by adding to his coaching staff as he prepares for the big bout.
“Camp ahead of this fight is going really well. I have added some reinforcements to my coaching staff to make sure that we have a world class preparation. In addition to that, I have been doing some mental training as well to deal with the pressure of this fight…I am very confident on April 22nd we will be victorious.”
Agbeko has won four straight fights in the lead up to the bout against Morrell.
