Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy unite after VGMA fracas

Images circulating on social media suggest that the long feud between dancehall kings, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy has been buried.

The two dancehall arts have been in the news on several occasions over a supposed beef between them.

The recent one was just under the 20th edition of the VGMA where Stonebwoy pulled a gun on stage when Shatta Wale and his team walked on to the stage with his fans supposedly to congratulate Stonebwoy for winning an award but the move was interpreted by Stonebwoy’s team as an attempt to revolt.

Shatta Wale took to his social media pages after the meeting to reveal behind closed doors picture they had.

He wrote, “Unity is strength, Love is the key to many doors, Brotherhood is Loyalty, Peace is Freedom .. My brother and I got a great vision for Ghana music and we taking it to the world .. @stonebwoyb”

Stonebwoy minutes after also took to social media pages to spread the same news;

”If it be Possible As Far it Depends On You, Live Peaceably With All Men. Romans 12: 18. The Wise Shall Inherit Glory… But Shame Shall Be The Promotion Of Fools… Proverbs 3: 35” he posted.

We believe this will put an end to whatever beef between the two camps and the fans can join forces together to push both arts to the highest level.

Fans of the two dancehall heavyweights have gone into a frenzy with most of them approving the reunion in their comments.
