Popular broadcaster journalist, Nana Aba Anamoah who played an integral role in bringing an end to the long-standing rivalry between Ghana’s two dancehall Artistes Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy has said, it’s of the betterment of the entertainment Industry.
According to her, the two decided to act maturely following the incident that happened during the recent VGMAS adding that, the peace pipe between the two not fake as many are of the opinion.
Shatta Wale announced the peace smoking news on Thursday evening by posting a photo of himself with Stonebwoy.
In his caption, Shatta preached peace and called Stonebwoy a brother. Moments later, Stonebwoy shared the same photo with a caption full of Bible verses to explain why he made peace with Shatta Wale.
While some have congratulated the pair on what appears to be an attempt to work out their issues, others believe its just an attempt to get public sympathy concerning their pending case at the Accra law court.
However in an interview with thepublisheronline.com, Nana Aba Anamoah expressed disappointment in such talks making rounds in the public space.
According to Nana Aba Anamoah who apparently played a pivotal role in the reunion process, the two have made a promise to be of good influence in the music Industry devoid of all negative tensions.
”The two have realized that, it is of much better to be of good influence to the fans rather than the unnecessary tension. The meeting today was not called to just make news but also to send a signal of positive connection. The two have realized negative rival won’t solve matters in the entertainment circle, reason for the reunion” she said.
The 2017 Radio and Television award-winning personality also said, she trust both Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy not to make mockery of themselves going forward to raise any unnecessary tensions in the media landscape.
