SHS Gays Suspended
THE AUTHORITIES of Nkawie Senior High Technical School in the Ashanti region have suspended two male first-year students for allegedly practicing homosexuality in one of the classrooms.
The disciplinary committee of the school arrived at the decision after investigating claims that the two students were practicing homosexuals and were bent on initiating other students into the act.
The students were reportedly caught by the authorities while practicing homosexual acts during Physical Education period.
Reports indicated that the school was organizing games on the school field that particular day and so most of the students were in attendance.
In the course of the games, the two students sneaked into a classroom and were later caught engaging in homosexuality.
Information making rounds have it that some of the students became enraged and threatened to manhandle the two students, but for the intervention of the management.
They were immediately suspended from the school indefinitely and a final decision is expected to be taken against them, possibly, this week.
