Iconic Afro-dancehall/ reggae artiste Stonebwoy last Sunday celebrated this year’s Mother’s Day with widows at the Space 86 lounge in Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Municipality.
Special products were presented to mothers on the occasion for their selflessness and dedication.
The dancehall artiste while presenting gifts to some widows indicated that the gesture forms part of his appreciation to mothers for the role they play in nurturing their children.
This is the first time the dancehall artiste and his Livingstone Foundation are celebrating the occasion with mothers outside of the Ashaiman enclave where he grew up.
Known in real life as Livingstone Etse Setekla, Stonebwoy has been heavily tipped by some connoisseurs of the Ghanaian music industry to win the “Artiste Of The Year” at the upcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards[TGMA] slated for June 1st.
