Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale are best musicians in Ghana – Chairman Wontumi

Ashanti Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman Wontumi born Bernard Antwi Boasiako has named Shatta Wale and colleague musician Stonebwoy as the best musicians in Ghana.

Speaking on Good Evening Ghana Show Thursday evening on Metro TV, Chairman Wontumi said his best two musicians when it comes to talent  in Ghana are Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.

According to him, the two musicians are his favorites for reason he said is based on talent and decent artistic composure.

“For this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, my main people Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy couldn’t go some. They are my two main musicians in Ghana, they are good” he said adding that “I congratulate Kuami Eugene for winning the ultimate Artsite of the year. I wish him well”.

Kofi Kinaata Sings About Wisdom

Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako further eulogized Kofi Kinaata for what he describes as wisdom in his song writing captivity in the music Industry.

According to him, Kofi Kinaata music is full of wisdom which one cannot run away from it revealing his favourite music is ‘Things Fall Apart’.

“Yes, I like his music, Kofi Kinaata sings wisdom. My favourite music of him is Things Fall Apart. It speaks volume of life and wisdom. That song goes above description of pastors and church leaders. Whatever work you seek to do, do it wholeheartedly and that makes me see him as a great artist”
