Strika Demands 30,000 From Producers Of ‘Beast Of No Nation’

It has emerged that the kid who played Strika in the popular ‘Beast of No Nation’ movie that shot the like of Abraham Attah to international stardom is now a beggar on the streets of Accra – hence, demanding for the professional consideration the producers of the movie promised him.

A Facebook user by the name Caleb Nii Boye made this sad revelation on his Facebook on Monday morning.

It read; “I am sad this morning. I was heading to the Ghana Institute of Journalism campus and I met Striker. You would ask who is Striker? Striker starred in the movie Beast of No Nations. The said film that made Abraham Attah.

“Today I met him begging for money on the road leading to GIJ. I called him and brought him to campus.”
In an interview cited by Presspeep.com, the famed actor reveals he was promised 30,000 for his role in ‘Beasts Of No Nation’ which represents 1% of the budget for the movie but he was told the money has been kept in a bank account for him, since he wasn’t 18 at the time he was casted.

Striker, claims he’s now 18 years and so wants his money paid to him. Maybe, his guardians want him to go to school and get that education before the money is paid to him – maybe.
